Products sold on this website are food supplements. They are not medicines and do not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Product descriptions, composition details, labeling information, and usage directions are provided on the relevant product pages.

Orders are placed through the website checkout process and are subject to acceptance by the seller. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including payment failure, technical error, stock limitation, suspected fraud, or delivery restriction.

Orders are delivered within the European Union. Standard shipping is included unless otherwise stated. If a customer selects an expedited delivery option, additional charges may apply. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery is arranged by MINQON and its selected service providers.


Returns are accepted only for sealed and unopened products, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
