Payments are processed through Stripe.
We do not store full payment card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We may collect and process: full name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number, where provided; payment information processed through Stripe; customer service messages; technical data, including browser type, operating system, user agent, and server logs; and order history, including products purchased, order date, and order value.

Orders are delivered within the European Union. Delivery is arranged by MINQON and its selected service providers. Standard shipping is covered by MINQON. If a customer selects an expedited delivery option, additional charges may apply.

accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention,
customer support, order history and transaction records.
